Starting in live events
Gamers Day introduced me to event readiness, participant journeys and on-the-ground delivery.
PROJECT DETAILS ↗My journey began on the ground at live events in 2016. Experience across technology, esports, people and complex operations now shapes how I lead projects and design digital operating models.

01 / ABOUT ME
I began in live events in 2016 and continued working alongside my university studies. A technical foundation led to gaming-centre and tournament operations, followed by broader responsibilities for teams, vendors, projects and major-event delivery.
Experience across live operations, people and player journeys led me from solving immediate issues to defining workflows, governance and digital platforms designed to prevent recurring friction.
A digital-platform initiative, a major-event assignment, and technology operations with a direct impact on player experience.
